Frank Robinson: was a staff announcer at WCEN (1150, Mount Pleasant) when the station first went on the air in 1949. After WCEN, Robinson worked at WXYZ (Detroit) and briefly in television in Flint. He moved to California and worked in the movie and advertising business. Frank had his own ad agency on Ventura in the Los Angeles area for a number of years. Robinson passed away after battling Krohn's Disease.
