Mike Carey: worked at WCEN (1150, Mt. Pleasant) as a sportscaster and salesman. He hosted "Spotlight on Sports", a 15-minute evening sports show originated on WCEN twenty years earlier by his uncle, Paul Carey. Mike now owns and operates WMMI (830, Shepherd/Mt. Pleasant) and WCZY (104.3, Mt. Pleasant) and remains active in sports play-by-play broadcasting.
