Charles Cloutier: moved to Manistee from Escanaba in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in March 1963 to join WMTE (1340, Manistee) as News Director/Announcer. During this time, he hosted "Music from Charlie's Corner." In January 1964 Cloutier joined the Manistee Police Department, where he served for 33 years until retirement. He lives in the Onekama area.
